Payment in full is expected two weeks prior to date of arrival-All non booked rates are subject to change without notice-In the event of any cancellation a $25.00 documentation fee will be subtracted from the returned deposit-any request for a cancellation must be made a minimum of 28 days (4 Saturdays) prior to the contracted day of arrival or deposit will be subject to loss of $200.00---In addition any credit card transaction cancelled will also forfeit all transaction fees ($25.00+CC fees)-Winter cancellations must be made at least one month prior to date of arrival or deposit-in-full will be forfeited-Winter rent payments will be due two weeks prior to date of arrival and then two weeks prior to the end of the current month for the next month-Refundable cancellations after arrival are limited to weather related forced evacuations in the specific location of Pinnacle Port by PCB authorities.
