BOOKING PROCEDURE
$200.00 Refundable deposit expected within 5 days of booking. After
receiving deposit contract will be sent. Payment-in-full is expected 2
weeks prior to contracted day of arrival (winter 4 weeks) when key
package will be sent. Personal, bank, or debit drafts are accepted sorry
no credit cards. Short notice rentals will be bank drafts only unless
made by a prior client. Deposit will be returned when keys are received
by mail and departure condition of unit has been noted.
